Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be requested via email or WhatsApp and approved before sending.

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original and place a new order.

Return Conditions

The item must have been purchased directly from our online store and must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In original condition with all tags still attached
  3. Free of makeup stains, scents, or odours
  4. Returned in its original packaging
  5. Returned at your own cost unless faulty
  6. Not a bodysuit, underwear, swimwear, or accessory (these are final sale)

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to incorrect size selection or misuse.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

This is due to high courier fees, customs charges, and duties, which often exceed the original shipping fee.

Shipping Fees

Return courier fees are not covered and are non-refundable.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund (via EFT) or store credit within 14 days.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.

The following do not qualify as defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loose threads
  • Damage caused by negligence, incorrect use, or improper care
  • Altered garments
